This page explains how Morse Innovation Solutions uses information submitted through the website and the MIS AI Opportunity Snapshot™.
Information collected
The MIS AI Opportunity Snapshot™ uses the information you enter to generate your results directly on the page. In the current website implementation, your Snapshot responses are not saved, emailed to MIS, or automatically added to a customer database.
If you submit the Contact MIS form, the form collects your name, email address, optional business or organization, optional help topic, and message. The website’s form service processes and stores that submission so MIS can review and respond to your inquiry. Contact information submitted through this form is handled separately from your Snapshot responses.
The MIS Website Assistant is a guided website-navigation tool. It uses approved responses in your browser, does not use a live AI model, does not send your questions to an AI provider, and does not save the conversation. Aggregate interaction hooks identify actions such as opening the assistant or choosing a link; they do not include the text of your conversation and are not connected to an external analytics provider in the current website.
If you choose a separate email or consultation link, the information you provide is handled by the email or booking service you choose to use.
How information is used
Snapshot responses are processed in your browser to prepare the on-page Brief and identify a practical service pathway. They are not used by this website for follow-up, advertising, or automated decision-making.
Contact-form information is used to understand and respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, manage the business relationship or provide information or services you requested. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications or create a CRM enrollment.
Information not to submit
Please do not submit confidential, medical, legal, financial, employee, regulated, or sensitive information through website forms or the Website Assistant. The Snapshot and assistant are designed for practical business context only.
Responsible AI and professional review
Website recommendations are educational and practical. They are not legal, medical, regulatory, financial, cybersecurity, engineering, or other professional advice. Human review and qualified professional input may be required depending on your industry and circumstances.
Email and follow-up
The Snapshot displays the Brief on the page. It does not save your Snapshot responses, email the Brief, or automatically add the information you enter in the Snapshot to a customer database.
The Contact MIS form is separate from the Snapshot. Contact-form submissions are stored by the website’s form service so MIS can respond to the inquiry.
